奥曲肽治疗乳糜胸的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨奥曲肽治疗乳糜胸的临床疗效。方法:选择奥曲肽治疗乳糜胸34例,通过观察患者平均胸引时间、输血浆量、输白蛋白量、治愈率、再手术率、复发率与传统保守方法治疗乳糜胸28例进行比较分析。结果:奥曲肽组治疗结果在平均胸引时间、输血浆量、输白蛋白量、治愈率、再手术率、复发率比较明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:奥曲肽治疗乳糜胸疗效显著,能有效的缩短治疗时间,提高治愈率,减少再手术率、复发率及治疗费用,并且使用安全,不良反应少,可作为保守治疗乳糜胸的首选药物之一,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of octreotide in treatment of chylothorax.Methods A retrospective analysis of 34 cases of octreotide in the treatment of chylothorax,through observing in patients with the average time of thoracic close drainage,plasma transfusion quantity,albumin,cure rate,reoperation rate,recurrence rate,comparatively analysis with the traditional conservative treatment for chylothorax of 28 cases.Results The result of octreotide therapy group in the average time of thoracic close drainage,plasma transfusion quantity,albumin,cure rate,reoperation rate,recurrence rate is significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of octreotide in the treatment of chylothorax is significant,which can effectively shorten the treatment time,improve the cure rate,reduce the reoperation and recurrence rate and the cost of treatment,meanwhile the use of safety,less adverse reaction.It is one of the best medicine for conservative treatment of chylothorax,worthy of clinical application.
