摘 要:目的:探讨护患沟通本在ICU护理工作中的应用效果。方法:对255例ICU患者家属实施常规入院告知;对另外295例ICU患者家属除了实施常规入院告知外,应用了护患沟通本。比较两组患者家属满意度及投诉率。结果:两组患者家属满意度及投诉率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护患沟通本能提高患者家属满意度,降低投诉率。结论:护患沟通本的应用值得在ICU推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of nurse-patient communication notebook in nursing practice in ICU.Methods The family members of 255 patients referred to ICU were routinely notified of admission;the family members of 295 patients admitted to ICU were given routine notification of admission,coupled with application of nurse-patient communication notebook.The satisfaction degrees and complaint rates in both groups of patient families were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in satisfaction degrees and complaint rates in both patient family groups(P〈0.05),with increased satisfaction degrees and reduced complaint rates.Conclusion The application of nurse-patient communication notebooks in ICU is worthwhile and should be generalized.
