肾造瘘管两种固定方法应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨肾造瘘管两种固定方法应用效果。方法:将580例留置肾造瘘管患者分为两组,分别应用床边挂钩加别针固定法、3M胶布加钥匙扣固定法,比较两组患者意外脱管、针刺伤发生率及患者满意度。结果:观察组肾造瘘管脱出率为9.3%,对照组肾造瘘管脱出率为1.8%,对照组脱出率低于观察组(P<0.05);观察组针刺伤发生与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者满意率为10.3%,对照组患者满意率为71.7%,对照组患者满意率显著优于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:在泌尿外科推广高弹力3M胶布加钥匙扣固定肾造瘘管的方法,可降低肾造瘘管脱落的发生率,提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the nephrostomy tube of two different fixation Methods of application effect.Methods 580 patients with indwelling renal made fistula patients were divided into two groups,respectively,with application of bedside hook pin fixation method,3M tape with keychain fixation,compared two groups of patients with accident off tube,needle stick injury rate and patient satisfaction.Results In the observation group,renal fistula prolapse rate was 9.3%,control group,renal fistula prolapse rate is 1.8%,the removal rate is lower than the control group the observation group（P〈0.05）;observation group of needle stick injury compared with the control group no significant difference （P〉0.05）;patients in the observation group satisfaction rate was 10.3%,control group patient satisfaction rate was 71.7%,control group patients satisfaction rate was superior to that of the observed group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The promotion of 3M high elastic tape in the Department of Urology with key buckle fixing method of nephrostomy tube,can reduce the incidence of renal made fistula deciduous,improve patient satisfaction.
