摘　　要：目的:探讨电视胸腔镜下肺大泡切除术的手术配合及护理体会。方法:采用双侧气管插管静脉复合全身麻醉下行胸腔镜肺大泡切除术,术前访视、术中密切配合并监测动脉血氧、心率、血氧饱和度、心电图,并做好术后随访及出院指导。结果:68例患者均痊愈出院,无手术并发症发生。结论:做好术前、术中、术后护理及术中密切配合是手术成功的关键。Objective To study the lung bullae resection under thoraeoscope surgery and nursing experience. Methods Bilateral endo- tracheal intubation compound vein anesthesia downlink thoracoscope lung bullae resection, preoperative visit, intraoperative close coopera- tion and monitoring arterial blood oxygen, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, electrocardiogram, and postoperative follow -up and discharge guidance. Results 68 patients were recovered and discharged, no complications occurred. Conclusion Good preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing and intraoperative close cooperation is the key to successful, operation.
