产学研协同创新的实践与思考——以四川省“十一五”杂交水稻育种攻关为例

摘　　要：文章对四川省"十一五"杂交水稻育种攻关项目实施成效进行了全面分析,总结了在农作物育种攻关管理方面的主要做法和经验,尤其是在产学研协同创新方面的成功经验,并提出了进一步完善农作物育种攻关协同创新机制、完善育种资金投入体系、加大知识产权保护力度等政策建议。The achievements of hybrid rice breeding of Sichuan Province during the 1 lth five-year plan period were completely analyzed in the paper. Meanwhile, the practice and experience on management of crop breeding researching programs was reviewed, especially on the experience of collaborative innovation of industry-university-research cooperation. At the end, policy suggestions were proposed, such as further improving mechanism of collaborate innovation of crop breeding, improving the funding system on crop breeding, and strengthening protection of the intellectual property rights.
