省级农业科研机构技术转移工作的实践与思考

摘　　要：文章基于甘肃省农业科学院技术转移工作的实践,总结了其在农业技术转移方面取得的成效以及形成的六种技术转移模式,并就进一步加强农业技术转移与转化工作,从健全运行机制、提高源头创新和有效供给、改革评价体系、构建托管平台、建立信息传递网络、提高农民文化素质等方面提出了建议。Based on practices of agriculture technology transfer （ATT） in Gansu Academy of Agricultural Sciences, achievements at ATr were summarized and six ATr models were formed in the paper. As for enhancing agricultural technology transfer and transformation, suggestions were put forward from establishing and perfecting movement mechanism, increasing original innovations and available supplies, reforming appraisal system, constructing hosting platform, establishing information transmission network, and improving farmers＇ cultural qualities.
