摘 要:目的:开发并鉴定一个测量标准摄取值(Standardized Uptake Value,SUV)软件的准确性。方法:依照SUV定义,根据医学数字成像和通信标准(Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine,DICOM)信息对象定义开发一个测量SUV的软件SUV_pro。灌注放射性比活度均匀一致水溶液的Jaszczak SPECT模型(Biodex,美国),通过Discovery ST8 PET/CT仪(通用电气,美国)采集该模型PET/CT图像,用SUV_pro逐层测量其PET图像最大SUV(SUVmax)和平均SUV(SUVmean),并与Xeleris工作站测量结果比较。在Jaszczak SPECT模型内插入10个灌满[18F]-FDG水溶液(放射性比活度36.33 k Bq/m L)的空心球(热区模型),它们的容积分别是1.91 m L、3.55 m L、5.67 m L、18.74 m L、18.94 m L、19.61m L、22.84 m L、59.47 m L、64.56 m L、70.33 m L。Jaszczak SPECT模型内灌满放射性比活度4.02 k Bq/m L的[18F]-FDG水溶液。采集10个热区模型PET/CT图像,用SUV_pro测量这10个热区模型的SUVmean,并与Xeleris工作站测量结果比较。两种方法测量结果行相关分析,求相关系数r。结果:水模型实验两种方法测得PET图像的SUVmax、SUVmean均高度相关,相关系数均是0.99(P<0.05)。Xeleris工作站和SUV_pro测量10个热区模型SUVmean分别介于(4.47±0.71)^(6.82±0.48)及(4.96±0.83)^(6.76±0.49)之间,这两种方法测得的SUVmean高度相关,相关系数0.99(P<0.05)。结论:SUV_pro软件测量SUV准确性高、可靠性好,能够重复并替代Xeleris工作站测量SUV的工作。Objective A scheme for Standardized Uptake Value (SUV) measurement in Positron Emission Tomography (PET) images based on Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) information was developed and evaluated in this study. Methods The scheme for SLIV measurement prototype software (SUV_pro), was designed according to the definition of SUV and the Information Object Definitions in DICOM Part3 for PET. A uniform specific activity [Fluorine-18]-fluo- rodeoxyglucose ([ISF]-FDG) filled in a Jaszczak SPECT phantom was made. A stack of two-dimensional (2D) PET/CT data of the phantom was acquired by a Discovery ST8 PET/CT scanner (GE healthcare, USA). The maximum SUV (SUV,) and average SUV (SUV) measurement were done by the SUVpro and a Xeleris workstation (GE healthcare, USA) for these PET images slice by slice. And another phantom was made. It was formed with ten hollow balls of different shapes and sizes; their volumes were 1.91 mL, 3.55 mL, 5.67 mL, 18.74 mL, 18.94 mL, 19.61 mL, 22.84 mL, 59.47 mL, 64.56 mL, and 70.33 mL, filled with a specific activity (36.33 kBq/mL) [F]-FDG were fixed on the bottom of the Jaszczak SPECT phantom filled with an un- like specific activity (4.02 kBq/mL) [ 18F]-FDG. Then 2D PET/CT images of the phantom were acquired by the PET/CT scan-ner. These ten hollow balls' SUVmean measurement was done by the SUV_pro and the Xeleris workstation. Correlation of the SUV measurement between the SUV_pro and the Xeleris workstation was computed with Pearson's correlation coefficient. P〈 0-05 (two-tailed) indicated statistically significantly different. Results As far as SUV and SUV were concerned in the water filled uniform specific activity Jaszczak SPECT phantom, Pearson's correlation coefficients between the SUVpro and the Xeleris workstation were 0.99 (P〈0-05) and 0.99 (P〈0-05), respectively.
