麝香保心丸联合阿司匹林治疗老年冠心病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察麝香保心丸联合阿司匹林治疗老年冠心病(CHD)的临床疗效。方法50例CHD患者均分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组给予麝香保心丸(45mg/次,每天3次)联合阿司匹林(100mg/d)治疗;对照组仅予阿司匹林(100mg/d)治疗。观察治疗3、6个月的疗效及治疗前后肝肾功能变化。结果治疗3、6个月后,治疗组临床总有效率均高于对照组(88%vs.60%和96%vs.68%)(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后肝肾功能均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论麝香保心丸联合阿司匹林治疗老年CHD疗效优于阿司匹林单用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin pill combined with aspirin in treating elder patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods A total of 50 elder patients with CHD was equally divided into group A（treated with Shexiang Baoxin pill 45 mg three times a day combined with aspirin 100mg/d）and group C（treated with aspirin 100mg/d alone）.Clinical efficacy in the 3rd and 6th month during treatment was observed and liver and kidney functions were compared before and after treatment.Results After treated for 3 and 6 months,overall effectiveness rates were higher in group A than those in group C（88% vs.60% and 96% vs.68%）（P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences in liver and kidney function-related indicators before and after treatment in two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin pill combined with aspirin for treating elder patients with CHD is more effective than aspirin alone.
