摘  要:目的:探讨磷脂转移蛋白(phospholipid transfer protein,PLTP)在人冠状动脉粥样硬化中的表达,及与动脉粥样硬化的关系。明确动脉粥样硬化组织中PLTP阳性表达细胞类型。方法:以尸检存档石蜡包埋冠状动脉动脉粥样硬化组织50例为研究对象,其中15例正常冠状动脉,20例冠状动脉狭窄程度>50%和15例冠状动脉狭窄程度≤50%。采用免疫组织化学Elivision法检测在动脉粥样硬化组织及正常动脉组织中PLTP的表达情况。结果:1PLTP在动脉粥样硬化组织中阳性表达率为34.3%(12/35),阳性信号主要定位在动脉粥样硬化血管壁平滑肌细胞胞质,部分表达于细胞外基质。在正常动脉组织中全阴性表达,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2根据冠状动脉狭窄程度不同比较,冠状动脉狭窄程度>50%组的PLTP阳性表达率50%,冠状动脉狭窄程度≤50%组的PLTP阳性表达率13.3%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PLTP可能有促进动脉粥样硬化形成、发展作用;PLTP的表达可能作为冠心病发生的预测因子及预后判断指标。Objective:To explore the expressions of phospholipid ransfer protein(PLTP)in human coronary artery and atherosclerosis.And to find PLTP positive expression in artery plaque tissue cell types.Method:The 50 cases of autopsy specimens were collected,including 15 cases of normal coronary arteries,20 cases of coronary artery stenosis 〉50% and 15 cases of coronary artery stenosis ≤50%.The expression of PLTP in arterial tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry Elivision method.Result:PLTP positive rate was 34.3%(12/35),positive signals mainly localized in atherosclerotic vascular smooth muscle cellcytoplasm and partially expression in the extracellular matrix.PLTP negative expression was found in normal tissues arteries,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P〈0.05);According to different degrees of coronary artery stenosis,PLTP positive expression rate was 50%in coronary artery stenosis〉50% and 13.3%in coronary arterystenosis≤ 50%.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion:PLTP may promote the formation and development of atherosclerotic;PLTP is regarded as a predictor and prognostic indicator for coronary heart disease.
