摘  要:补阳还五汤为清代名医王清任所创,始见于《医林改错》,由黄芪、当归、川芎、地龙、赤芍、桃仁、红花组成,具有补气活血通络的功效。临床的治疗研究与实验证明,本方对于治疗中风后遗症效果良好,尤其以气虚血瘀型效果明显。现代研究表明,补阳还五汤具有抗血栓、抗氧化、抗动脉粥样硬化、和促进神经系统修复等多种作用。文章综述了近年来补阳还五汤对中风后遗症的临床治疗实验及相关研究进展。Makes up the positive also five soup created for the Qing Dynasty famous doctor Wang Qingren, first seen in"correction", composed of astragalus, angelica, chuanxiong, peach kernel, safflower, red peony root, earthworm, with Invigorating Qi and promoting blood circulation Tongluo effect. Research and experiments show that the clinical treatment, the party for the treatment of stroke sequela effect is good, especially with blood stasis due to qi deficiency type effect is obvious. Modern research shows that, makes up the positive also five soups has antithrombotic, antioxidant, anti atherosclerosis, and promote nerve system repair and other role. This paper reviews the progress makes up the positive also five soups on apoplectic sequela clinical treatment test and related research in recent years.
