摘 要:简述了油气田元素硫沉积的危害及元素硫腐蚀评价方法,综述了元素硫腐蚀行为的研究进展和元素硫腐蚀机理。研究发现,元素硫的沉积将会对采、输管道造成严重腐蚀,尤其是点蚀;在现有的4种元素硫腐蚀评价方法中,硫涂敷法能较好模拟现场元素硫的腐蚀状况,悬浮溶液中的腐蚀速率尽管最小,但点蚀严重;元素硫不仅促进了油套管钢的腐蚀,而且增大了镍基合金发生应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)的敏感性;元素硫因所接触的介质以及环境条件的不同导致反应后的溶液组分各异,腐蚀机理也不同。最后,对今后的研究工作进行了展望。Objective: To optimize the endothelial cell (HUVECs) , to conclude traditional isolation of HUVECs, isolating observed under an inverted microscope, isolation and nurturing method of the human umbilical vein identification methods of HUVEC. Method: Improving the HUVECs by type I collagenase. Then the growth of cells was the cultured cells were identified by immunocytochemistry, and the purity of cells was identified by flow cytometry. Result: Improved experimental procedures and simplified the operation, the isolation of HUVECs was not affected, the primary HUVECs began to grow into a single layer about 2 -4 days in vitro, arrayed like " cobblestone" shape under the inverted microscope. Ⅷ factor in the HUVECs showed positive reaction by immunocytochemistry, the purity was 99.37% by flow cytometry. Conclusions: Collagenase procedure is convenient and high purified HU- VECs can be acquired. It can successfully establish the model for endothelial cells.
