流式细胞技术检测血小板相关抗体在ITP诊断中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨流式细胞技术检测血小板相关抗体在ITP诊断中的意义。方法选择2012年5月至2013年6月在我院血液科住院的30例ITP患者为观察组,同期本院健康体检正常者30例为对照组,采用流式细胞技术检测两组对象的外周血血小板相关抗体PAIg(PAIgG、PAIgM、PAIgA)水平。结果 FCM检测观察组患者血小板抗体,PAIgG阳性率为70%,平均荧光强度为(25.15±2.61),对照组平均荧光强度为(5.09±0.54),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组PAIgM阳性率为80%,平均荧光强度(27.28±2.25),对照组平均荧光强度为(5.18±0.58),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组PAIgA阳性率为30%,平均荧光强度为(6.28±0.65),对照组平均荧光强度为(5.98±0.68),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Objective to investigate the significance of platelet-assosiated Ig by flow cytometry （FCM）in the diag-nosis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic pupura.Methods Took the Control study,and selected the types of non- ITP thrombocytopenic patients with various indicators as a reference object FCM was used for detection of platelet associat-ed antibody in 30 patients with ITP and 30 healthy control.Results Using the FCM detection of platelet antibodies in patients with ITP,Positive rate of PAIgG was 70%,the average of fluorescence intensity was（25.15 ± 2.61）,and the average of fluorescence intensity in normal control group was （5.09 ± 0.54）,there was a significant difference between the two （P 〈0.05）;Positive rate of PAIgA was 80%,the average of fluorescence intensity was（27.28±2.25）,and the average of fluorescence intensity in normal control group was（5.18±0.58）,there was a significant difference between the two （P 〈0.05）;Positive rate of PAIgG was 30%,the average of fluorescence intensity was 6.28±0.65,and the av-erage of fluorescence intensity in normal control group was 5.98±0.68,there wasn’t a significant difference between the two （P 〈0.05）;Conclusion Flow cytometry detection of platelet-associated antibodies have important significance for the diagnosis of ITP.
