河北石家庄地区成人糖缺失转铁蛋白参考范围调查

摘　　要：目的调查河北石家庄地区成人健康人群血清糖缺失转铁蛋白的参考范围。方法选取体格检查和实验室检查均无异常的健康成人共257名(男135名,女122名),采用西门子公司特定蛋白分析仪以乳胶增强免疫比浊法检测血清糖缺失转铁蛋白及转铁蛋白水平,确定糖缺失转铁蛋白、转铁蛋白和糖缺失转铁蛋白/转铁蛋白比值95%参考值范围。结果糖缺失转铁蛋白与转铁蛋白均无性别、年龄的差异,石家庄地区糖缺失转铁蛋白的参考范围为25.81-65.71mg/L,转铁蛋白的参考范围为2.00-3.35g/L,两者比值参考范围为1.06%-2.60%。结论糖缺失转铁蛋白、转铁蛋白和糖缺失转铁蛋白/转铁蛋白比值参考范围在实际使用中不必按年龄性别划分,所建立的参考范围符合石家庄地区的人群特点,可供临床诊断参考。To establish the normal reference range of serum carbohydrate deficient transferrin for health people in Shijiazhuang,the serum carbohydrate deficient transferrin and serum transferrin levels of 257 normal individuals in Shi-jiazhuang （male 135,female 122,with age of 25-67）were measured by a latex-enhanced Immuno-turbidimetry assay. The results showed that there was no significant difference on serum carbohydrate deficient transferrin and serum transferrin levels between male and female with different ages （P 〉0.05）.The reference range of serum carbohydrate deficient transferrin level in Shijiazhuang was 25.81-65.71 mg/L,the reference range of serum transferrin was 2.00-3.35 g/L and the reference range of CDT/Tf% was 1.06-2.60%.The reference intervals in the study were agreed with the population characteristics of Shijiazhuang adult people and can improve the clinical accuracy.
