摘  要:目的比较人与犬膀胱肌内神经分布的特点及其意义。方法采用Sihler’s肌内神经染色、HE染色研究人与犬的完整膀胱,其中人膀胱15个,犬膀胱11个;7个固定24 h用于HE染色,19个用10%的甲醛固定12周以上用于Sihler’s染色。结果膀胱染色后呈透明胶冻状,神经呈紫蓝色,在输尿管膀胱连接处以不同的形式进入膀胱;人膀胱神经较犬的细小,分支少,未见壁内神经节,犬膀胱壁内见较多神经节,并以其为纽带与神经纤维共同形成网状;左右两侧神经纤维在前后中线交叉甚少,人右侧神经支明显多于左侧,犬则相反,有神经纤维经过膀胱到输尿管下段。结论人与犬膀胱均有丰富的神经支配,神经在输尿管膀胱连接部附近进入膀胱壁,有经膀胱的神经分支到输尿管下段;肌内神经的结构与分布两者存在差异,肌内是否存在神经节与膀胱功能活动有关。Objective To compare the bladder intramuscular nerve distribution in human and dogs. Methods A total of 15 fresh human bladders and 11 dog bladders were studied. Seven bladders (4 from dogs and 3 from human) were immobilized for 24 h for HE staining, and 19 bladders were immobilized with 10% formaldehyde for above 12 weeks for Sihler' s staining. Results The stained bladders looked like transparent jelly. The nerves were purple and entered the bladders at the ureter-bladder junction part in different forms. Human bladder nerves were more trivial, and had less branches and no ganglions in the bladder walls as compared with the dogs'. The ganglions in the dogs formed a network together with nerve fibers. The nerve fibers at both the left and fight sides had little cross at the midline, and some were scattered to the lower ureter. The right nerve branches were more than the left ones in human bladder walls, while the situation was opposite in the dogs. Conclusion Bladder nerves scattered in the bladder walls have branches to the lower ureter from the ureter-bladder junction part. The structure and distribution of the intramuscular nerves are different between human and dog. The existence of intramuscular ganglia is correlated with the bladder function of human and dogs.
