摘  要:本文采用臭氧发生器对体长(10.17±1.32)cm的鲫鱼(Carassius auratus),进行了每4小时充臭氧20 min、45 min、70 min及充空气30 min的分组处理,以鲫鱼的耗氧率、鳃丝的显微组织结构作为判别指标,研究不同臭氧量对鲫鱼呼吸的影响。结果表明,臭氧处理20 min和45 min组,实验6 d后的耗氧率分别为(0.079±0.005)mg·(g·h)-1和(0.080±0.007)mg·(g·h)-1,与空气对照组的耗氧率差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于70 min臭氧处理组;空气对照组和20 min臭氧处理组的鲫鱼鳃丝组织正常,鳃丝轴上的黑色素细胞色浓,呈聚集状;45 min臭氧处理组,鳃小片组织结构尚清晰,但黑色素细胞已有所破坏,呈分散状;70min臭氧处理组则色素细胞已几乎消失,鳃小片组织也严重受损,结构呈现模糊不清。试验证明,臭氧处理时间不应超过45 min。In order to study the effects of different amounts of ozone on breathing of C. auratus, experiments were made on C. auratus with a body length of (10.17 ± 1.32)cm. Ozone was filled for 20 mins, 45 mins and 70 mins every 4 hours in group A, B, C by ozone generator, and air was filled for 30 min every 4 hours in the control group. The oxygen consumption rate and gill microstructure were considered as the discrimination index. Results showed that, in ozone treatment for 20 minutes and 45 minutes group, the oxygen consumption rates after 6 days were (0.079 ± 0. 005 ) mg ·( g · h) -1 and (0. 080 ±0.007 ) mg · ( g· h) - l respectively, no significant difference was found between air-filling group and ozone treatment groups ( P 〉 0.05 ), but it was significantly higher than that of group with 70-minute treatment. Gill tissues of C. auratus was normal in air control group and 20-min group, and melanocytes of gill filament shaft were clustered, with dense color; Gill lamella structure was relatively clear in 45-min group, but the melanoma cells have been destroyed to a certain extent, and was dispersed. Pigment cells had almost disappeared in 70-min group, and small pieces of gill tissue were also exceed 45 mins damaged severely, structure was blurred. Tests showed that ozone treatment time should not
