摘 要:以单因素和均匀设计实验为手段优化了茵陈多糖的提取工艺条件,采用苯酚硫酸法测定多糖的含量,计算每次实验纯多糖的得率,然后以纯多糖的产率为指标,采用SPSS软件对提取温度、提取液固比、提取时间3个因素进行多元线性回归分析,得出优化工艺条件,并进行验证.得到茵陈多糖的优化提取条件为:提取温度100℃、提取液固比50∶1、提取时间80min.验证实验平均得率为2.25%,预测值为2.26%,二者十分接近,证明得到的优化工艺条件是可靠的.The optimized extraction technique of polysaccharides from Artemisia capillaries Thunb was were investigated by single factor experiment and Uniform Design U10(103).The phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to determine the polysaccharides content of each experiment and the polysaccharides yield was chosen as the indicator for optimizing the extraction process by regression analysis.The optimized extraction conditions were listed as follows:extraction temperature was 100 ℃,liquid-solid ratio was 50∶1,extraction time was 80 min.By the above conditions,the extraction yield of polysaccharides fromArtemisia capillaries Thunb can reach 2.25%,it is very closed to the predictive value 2.26%.The reliable extraction technique is simple,practicable,and with high extraction rate for polysaccharides and good reproducibility.
