摘 要:通过正交试验方法,研究了SUS 304不锈钢的闪光对焊工艺。选择次级电压U2、闪光留量Sf、顶锻留量Su、闪光速度vf作为正交试验的因素,接头抗拉强度作为各焊接参数的评价指标。试验结果表明,U2与Su对接头抗拉强度影响最大,顶锻时未闭合的爆坑在焊缝中可能形成孔洞缺陷。研究表明,采用合适的连续闪光对焊工艺,可获得SUS304不锈钢的牢固接头。The flash butt welding process of SUS 304 stainless steel was studied by orthogonal experiment method. The secondary voltage U2, flash allowance Sf, upsetting allowance Su, flash speed vf was choosen as the factors of orthogonal experiment, the tensile strength of the welded joint was the evaluation index of each welding parameters. The results show that U2 and Su are the biggest influences on the tensile strength of the welded joint. In the welded joint, the hole defects may be formed. The hole may be not the closed blasting crater for upsetting. The results show that when using appropriate continuous flash butt weldin~ technoloL, v, the stron~ joint of SUS 304 stainless steel can be obtained.
