摘　　要：针对电池壳多道次拉深和变薄拉深过程中出现的拉伤、破裂及生产不稳定等质量问题,在GBS-300A试验机上对三种SPCC板料进行了成形性能测试。对比分析结果表明,国产SPCC板料不适应高效自动化成形设备的主要原因在于拉深性能较差及性能的不均匀。Aiming at the quality problem of the scratch, fi＇acture and instable production during the process of multi-pass drawing and ironing of the battery shells, forming performance test for three kinds of SPCC sheets was carried out on the testing machine GBS-300A. The results of comparative analysis show that, the main reasons that SPCC sheet produced by China can not satisfy the efficient automatic forming equipment are their poor drawing properties and the inhomogeneity of the properties.
