基于Dynaform的点烟器外壳拉深工艺分析

摘  要:超薄壁带浅锥面阶梯深圆筒件的拉深过程比一般阶梯深圆筒件的拉深更容易发生破裂和起皱。基于多道次拉深系数理论和平均截面法对某超薄壁带浅锥面阶梯深圆筒形点烟器外壳的拉深工艺进行了分析与计算,并利用Dynaform有限元软件对该拉深工艺进行了数值模拟与分析。结果表明,该点烟器外壳的拉深工艺需采用4次拉深成形,拉深的最大变薄率为8%。The deep drawing process of thin-wall step deep cylindrical pieces with shallow conical is easilier fracture and wrinkling than that of the general step of drawing. The drawing process of ultra-thin cigarette lighter shell (step deep cylindrical pieces) with shallow conical surface was analyzed and calculated based on the multi-stage deep drawing theory and the average section method. Its deep drawing technology was simulated by Dynaform software. The result shows that the drawing process should be four stages, and the largest thinning rate is 8%.
