摘 要:单点渐进成形表面质量是当前研究的难点和热点问题,而表面粗糙度是衡量成形表面光洁程度的一个重要指标。在数控加工中心对2A12铝合金薄板进行了单点渐进成形的实验,研究了进给速度对成形工件表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明:在其他条件不变的情况下,随着进给速度的减小,表面粗糙度的整体趋势也在减小。若进给速度减小到一定值时,表面粗糙度则趋于平稳。进给速度较大时,成形件的表面会出现类似"鱼鳞纹"的刀路。若进给速度逐渐减小,成形件表面的"鱼鳞纹"之间的距离逐渐减小,粗糙度也相应的减小,表面趋于平滑。The surface quality of single point incremental forming is a difficult and hot issues of current research, and the surface roughness is an important indicator of the measure of the smooth surface degree. The single point incremental forming experiments of 2A12 aluminum alloy sheet were carried out in CNC machining center. The influence of feed speed on surface roughness of forming workpiece was researched. The results show that in the case of other conditions unchanged, with the decrease of the feed speed, the overall trend of the surface roughness is reduced. If the feed rate reduces to a certain value, the surface roughness is steady. When the feed speed is larger, the surface of the forming parts will produce tool path similar to the " scale veins ". If the feed rate is gradually reduced, the distance of"scale veins" on forming parts surface gradually decreases, and the roughness is reduced accordingly, then the surface is smoother.
