摘 要:为了提高丁字型管篮球架新型镁合金Mg-3Al-1Zn-0.1Ti焊接接头的质量,采用激光辅助搅拌摩擦焊的复合固相焊接工艺进行了复合固相焊接试验,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射,X光无损探伤等观察并分析了接头的宏观形貌、显微组织、物相组成和力学性能。结果表明,该复合固相焊接接头的室温抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别达到母材的97.2%、93.5%、91.7%,接头焊核区显微组织在物相组成上与母材一致,均是由α-Mg和Mg17Al12组成;主要工艺参数为:激光功率2 k W、搅拌头旋转速度800 r/min、焊接速度120 mm/min、轴肩下压量0.2 mm、搅拌头倾角2.5°。In order to improve the quality of new magnesium alloy Mg-3A1-1Zn-0.1Ti welded joints for T-shaped pipe basketball stands, the composite solid-phase welding process of laser-assisted friction stir welding was used to carry out the composite solid-phase welding experiments, and the macro-morphology, microstructure, phase composition and mechanical properties were analyzed by OM, X-ray nondestructive inspection, XRD, SEM. The results show that the tensile strength of the composite solid-phase, the yield strength and elongation of the welded joint at room temperature is 97.2%, 93.5%, 91.7% of base material, respectively. The microstructure of the welded joint weld nugget zone is consistent with that the base material in phase composition, made up of α-Mg and MglTAl12 phase; the main process parameters of the composite solid-phase welding are as follows: the laser power is 2 kW, the rotation speed of pin tool is 800 r/min, the welding speed is 120 mm/min, the depression amount of the shaft shoulder is 0.2mm, and the inclination of pin tool is 2.5°.
