摘 要:在采用复模铸造工艺制备孔径d=2.5~3.50 mm,孔隙率P=56.8%~86.1%通孔多孔铝的基础上,通过单轴压缩试验,研究了通孔多孔铝的压缩性能和吸能能力。通孔多孔铝单轴压缩应力-应变曲线,呈现线弹性变形、平缓塑性变形和压缩紧实3个阶段。通孔泡沫铝的压缩屈服强度、吸能能力随孔隙率增大而减小,采用Gibson-Ashby的模型拟合通孔多孔铝的压缩屈服强度。Based on open-cell porous aluminum(d=2.5 mm-3.50 ram, P=-56.8%-86.1%) prepared by applying investment casting, the compressive properties and energy absorption capacity under uniaxial compression were investigated by compressive test. The compressive stress-strain curve of open-cell porous aluminum consists of three distinct regions, such as the linear elasticity region, the plastic collapse region, and the densification region. The compressive strength and energy absorption capacity of open-cell porous aluminum decrease with the increase of porosity. The compressive yield stress scales were simulated with Gibson-Ashby model.
