摘 要:通过分析常用的摆动从动件圆锥凸轮轮廓线曲率半径的设计误差,引入圆锥凸轮从动件运动轨迹的空间坐标表达式,利用偏离角的概念,建立无误差且便于对圆锥凸轮进行分析、设计和作图的3D理论轮廓展开线极坐标参数方程;推导得出基于从动件运动规律及凸轮基准极径的展开线曲率半径解析表达式,并由此建立最小允许的圆锥凸轮基准极径值关于许用曲率半径值的函数关系式;通过实例分析,绘制展开线上曲率半径的最小值随圆锥凸轮基准极径变化的关系曲线,从而确定圆锥凸轮的基本参数;与现有摆动从动件圆锥凸轮设计方法的比较印证了该方法的有效性,具有极大的理论价值。The errors exist in the currently used method to calculate radius of curvature of an oscillating follower conical cam's expansion pitch curve are analyzed. Space coordinates of the follower's motion track are utilized, and with the consideration of deviation angle, polar equation of 3D expansion pitch curve is established, which is error free and can be easily plotted and used to analyze and design a conical cam. The deduced expression of radius of curvature is based on motion law of the mechanism and prime polar radius of the cam, and the function of minimum prime polar radius of conical cam with respect to allowable radius of curvature is established through this expression. Through example analysis, the relation curve between the minimum radius of curvature and the prime polar radius is described, and geometric parameters of a conical cam are designed. The feasibility of our methodology is validated by comparing with the currently used oscillating follower conical cam's dosign method, with great theoretical value.
