房地产价格上涨的小城镇“遗传系统”失衡危机及其应对策略

摘　　要：阐述中国小城镇"基因遗传"系统及其均衡发展的要素特征,论述新型城镇化背景下房地产价格的波动与小城镇基因系统之间的相互影响,分析房地产价格的快速增长对中国原生性小城镇基因系统的危害,提出强调"核心遗传"要素的地域性特征,注重土地要素与人口、经济要素的关联,保持经济要素与交往/空间要素的关联,重塑经济要素与社会政治要素关联的应对策略。The paper elaborated the characteristics of genetic system for Chinese small towns and his balanced development, discussed the interaction between real estate price and genetic system for small town under the background of new urbanization so as to analyze the hazards of rapid growth of real estate prices to native small town＇s genetic system in China, to put forward the coping strategies to these effects： the emphasis on regional characteristics of ＂core genetic＂ elements. The paper paid attention to the relations among the population, economic elements and the land elements, maintaining contacts/space elements associated with the economic elements, reshaping the economic factors associated with social and political elements.
