摘  要:为了将Outlast纤维的调温性能与蚕丝优异的服用性能相结合,以绢纺工艺将Outlast纤维与绢丝混纺,制成混纺比为70︰30的绢丝/Outlast混纺纱,并以其为经纬纱,设计织造了5种绢丝/Outlast混纺面料,此外还以相同规格织造了3种纯绢纺纱对比试样。测定了绢丝/Outlast混纺织物的手感风格和调温性能,并与纯绢丝织物进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:绢丝/Outlast混纺织物具有明显的调温性能,在20-35℃,其升温速率明显小于纯绢丝织物,而在24-10℃,其降温速率小于纯绢丝织物。同时,与纯绢丝织物相比,其柔软性好,但是滑糯性略差。In order to integrate the temperature-regulating property of Outlast fiber with the excellent wearability of silk,silk spinning was used to manufacture spun silk / Outlast blended yarn with blending ratio of 70︰30,and 5 kinds of spun silk / Outlast blended fabrics were designed and weaved with the blended yarn as warp and weft. Besides,3kinds of pure spun silk fabrics with the same specifications were weaved as the contract sample. Hand feeling style and temperature-regulating property of spun silk / Outlast blended fabric were measured. Contrastive analysis was also made with pure spun silk fabric. The results show that the spun silk / Outlast blended fabric has obvious temperatureregulating property; under 20 - 35 ℃,temperature rising rate of blended fabric is significantly lower than that of pure spun silk fabric; under 24 - 10 ℃,temperature declining rate of blended fabric is significantly lower than that of pure spun silk fabric. Meanwhile,compared with pure spun silk fabric,the spun silk / Outlast blended fabric has good softness,but the smoothness is slightly low.
