摘　　要：本文就目前建设工程竣工结算审核关键环节中所存在的问题,结合BIM(建筑信息模型)的优势功能,尝试建立起基于BIM模型的竣工结算审核流程,以期提高对竣工结算依据的全面审查效力,实现竣工结算量价费的精细核算,最终取得全面高效、准确、客观的工程竣工结算成果。In view of the problems in the key link of the current construction project completion settlement audit, this article tries to build a completion settlement audit process based on BIM model combined with the advantages of BIM（building information model）, in order to improve the comprehensive review effectiveness of completion settlement and realize fine accounting of completion settlement and finally achieving efficient, accurate and objective project completion settlement results.
