摘　　要：本文结合工程实例,从检测裂缝的特点,外荷载、不均匀沉降、温度变化、混凝土膨胀和收缩等因素,叙述了高层住宅楼地下室墙板裂缝产生的原因,并针对墙板裂缝产生的原因采取了环氧类浆液进行压力注浆处理技术。Combined with the engineering cases, from the detection of the crack features, outside load, uneven settlement, temperature changes, and the expansion and contraction of the concrete, this paper describes the causes of the basement wall crack of high-rise residential buildings, and the processing technology of pressure grouting of the epoxy grout is taken.
