摘　　要：根据业界主流的云计算架构,结合电信运营商业务支撑系统的现状,提出一种分层的云管理平台架构。介绍了云管理平台的主要功能,并详细阐述了基于云管理平台如何根据系统的负载提供弹性服务,从而合理利用资源。According to both the industry mainstream cloud computing architecture and the status of telecom operator＇ s business supporting system, the architecture of layered cloud management platform is proposed in this paper. The main functions of the cloud management platform is introduced, as well as how the platform to provide resilient services according to system load is expounded in order that resource can be rationally utilized.
