摘  要:将Fe80Si9B11非晶带材卷绕成环形铁芯,然后经290-440℃氮气气氛保护退火,再进行浸漆固化处理。研究浸漆固化前后铁芯的损耗、电感量、磁化曲线的变化。试验结果表明,370℃退火的非晶铁芯在固化后能得到最佳性能,损耗最低,Pk Hz,1T=11.10W/kg;电感最高,L1k Hz,1V=2.17m H;800A/m下磁感应强度B800=1.24T。非晶铁芯固化前后涡流损耗占总损耗的百分比之差随退火温度升高呈现先减小后增大的趋势,磁滞损耗百分比亦然。特别地,约370℃退火的铁芯固化前后涡流损耗和磁滞损耗百分比皆保持不变。结论指导浸漆固化类非晶铁芯的制备生产。Fe80Si9B11 amorphous ring cores were prepared by winding tapes,followed by annealing at 290 to ℃440 ℃in N2-atmosphere,and impregnating and curing. Core loss, inductance and magnetization curves of the cores before and after impregnating and curing were mainly investigated, respectively. The experimental results show that, the 370℃-annealed cores after being cured exhibit the best soft magnetic properties, i.e. lowest core loss P1 k Hz,1T=11.10W/kg, highest inductance L1 k Hz,1V=2.17 m H and magnetic flux density B800 =1.24 T at 800A/m. The difference of eddy current loss percentage in total core loss between before and after curing decreases at annealing temperature below 370℃,and then increases. So does hysteresis loss percent. Especially, both eddy current and hysteresis loss percent remain the same when the cores were heattreated at about 370℃. The results is of guidance in the impregnating and curing process of amorphous cores.
