摘 要:从投入产出效率视角,构建研发资源投入产出评价指标体系,运用DEA中的CRS、VRS模型和Malmquist指数方法,测度了长三角城市群研发资源的投入产出效率、变化趋势以及空间分异特征,并运用因子分析定权法验证DEA计算的结果,二者表现出高度的一致性。结果表明,长三角城市群研发资源的投入产出效率总体较低,但呈上升趋势:2000、2005、2010以及2012年长三角城市群研发资源投入产出的综合效率分别为0.591、0.622、0.669和0.784,均不足最优效率的80%;江苏研发资源投入产出效率显著高于上海和浙江;长三角城市群研发资源投入产出效率分异程度逐渐缩小,但空间格局变化较大;长三角城市群研发资源投入产出效率各类效率变动指数均呈现上升趋势,且全要素生产率变动较为显著。Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations is the most important urban agglomeration of Yangtze River Economic support or even in China. From the perspective of input-output efficiency, this article constructs evaluation index system of R&D resources, uses the CRS and VRS models and Malmquist index method, measures R&D resources input-output efficiency, change trend and the characteristics of spatial differentiation. The results show that R&D resources input-output efficiency of the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration is generally low, but is on the rising. Further more, this paper choose four years as the example, and its R&D resources input-output efficiency was 0.591, 0.622, 0.669 and 0.591, which are all less than 80% of optimal efficiency; R&D resources input-output efficiency of Jiangsu is higher than Shanghai and Zhejiang; the degree of R&D resources input-output efficiency is narrowing, but the spatial pattern is changing; all kinds of changing index shows a trend of rise, and the total factor productivity is changing significantly.
