摘　　要：博卡病毒是近几年被发现的一种人、猪、牛、犬、猩猩等多种哺乳动物共患的新型DNA病毒,本文概述了博卡病毒的生物学特性,从流行病学的角度介绍了猪博卡病在国内外流行情况及对猪博卡病毒的检测方法,为猪博卡病毒的深入研究、防控及做好公共卫生安全提供参考。Bocavirus is a newly discovered DNA virus infecting human, swine, bovine, canine, gorilla and other mammal species in recent years. In this paper, studies on porcine Bocavirus were summarized with regard to its biological characteristics, epidemiology and distribution both at home and abroad, so as to provide reference for further study on porcine Bocavirus and its effective prevention and control.
