摘　　要：畜禽产品残留严重威胁公共卫生安全,为完善我国残留监控工作,深入了解美国畜禽产品残留监控计划并借鉴其先进经验。本文从法律法规、残留监控计划的制定与实施、兽药清单、残留检测方法等方面全面介绍了2013年美国国家畜禽产品残留监控计划的调整情况,针对我国畜禽产品残留监控计划存在的问题提出了建议。Drug residues in animal and poultry products seriously threaten public health and safety. To improve our res- idue monitoring, it is required to understand the US residue monitoring program for animal and poultry product and to absorb the experiences. In his article, the US national residue monitoring program for meat, poultry and egg products were introduced, including the laws and regulations, the formulation and implementation of the program, the veteri- nary drug list, analytical methods, and the adjustments of the program in 2013. The Chinese residue monitoring plans for animal and poultry products were reviewed and suggestions were put forward to resolve the current problems.
