摘 要:将杉木粉进行苄基化改性反应,再经高温水蒸汽爆破处理制得多微孔苄基木粉,用红外光谱、扫描电镜对杉木粉改性前后的结构进行了表征.以多微孔苄基木粉为吸附剂,用原子吸收光谱研究了体系初始p H值、铜离子浓度、吸附温度和吸附时间等因素对铜离子的吸附效率.结果表明,多微孔苄基木粉对铜离子的吸附能力高于原木粉、脱脂木粉和苄基木粉;当溶液的p H值为4.0、铜离子浓度为40 mg/L、吸附温度为40℃、吸附时间为45min,多微孔苄基木粉质量为溶液质量的0.8%时,铜离子的去除率高达99%.Microporous benzylated wood powder from Chinese Fir produced via benzylation reaction and hydrothermal treatment was used as a sorbent for removal of copper ion from aqueous solution, the adsorption properties of Cu^2+ were investigated by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) , and their structures were characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The present batch adsorption study described the effects of solution pH, adsorption temperature and contact time on copper ion removal efficiency from aqueous solution. The results show that the microporous benzylated wood powder exhibited a higher adsorption potential for copper than wood powder, derosination wood powder, benzylated wood powder. Experiments conducted with an ini- tial metal concentration of 40 mg · L^-1 at pH 4.0 and contact time of 45 rain at 40℃, resulted in over 99% copper ion removal by the microporous benzylated wood powder which was 0.8% the quality of the solution.
