摘  要:高压电脉冲技术在废弃电路板破碎方面的应用实际上是借鉴了其在矿物破碎方面的研究。材料的微观缺陷如微裂纹、微孔隙等分布及受载荷后的演化在一定标度范围内具有较好的统计自相似性,自相似性行为导致材料宏观破碎后所形成碎块的粒度分布具有分形特征。结合分形理论对废弃电路板高压电脉冲破碎后的产物粒度进行分形分布的分析,通过建立分布模型,对破碎产物实际筛下累积含量和用分布模型计算的分布含量进行线性拟合,分析结果表明线性拟合度较好,表明破碎产物具有粒度分形特性。建立分形维数与破碎条件函数间的关系,通过正交实验得出分形维数与破碎条件之间的关系。用破碎后块体的分形构造来考察材料破碎的形成过程,为研究废弃电路板的破碎特性提供了新思路。High-voltage pulse technology in waste printed circuit boards (WPCBs) uses the study in broken mineral. The distributions of micro-defects of materials, such as microcracks and microporosity, and the evolution when they are under load, have statistical self-similarity within the scope of a certain scale, which result in the fact that the fragmentation distribution of fragments possesses the fractal characteristics when macro broken happen to materials. Based on the study of fractal distributing the particle size of the outcome of PCBS after high voltage electrical impulses, with linear fitting the cumulative content of the broken product with the distribution content calculated by the distribution model, it turns out that the fit of the linear is good and the broken product has granularity fractal. By establishing a relationship between fractal dimension and broken condition, and the relationship of them is obtained through orthogonal test, which would provide a new idea for the study of pulverization and separation of PCBS by studying the formation process of broken materials through the fractal structure of broken products.
