摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法将Ti O2负载于ZSM-5分子筛上得到Ti O2/ZSM-5复合光催化剂,利用XRD、BET、TEM和紫外漫反射等方法对其进行表征,结果表明该催化剂中Ti O2主要以锐钛矿形式存在,负载后颗粒尺寸明显减小,其紫外光响应性能和光催化活性表面积相应增强。以Ti O2/ZSM-5复合光催化剂对典型多环芳烃污染物萘进行了降解实验,在紫外光照射下,复合光催化剂的光降解效果明显高于未负载的Ti O2光催化剂,反应动力学分析该反应为一级反应。降解中间产物及降解路径分析结果表明,Ti O2/ZSM-5复合光催化剂对多环芳烃类物质降解效果明显且有望将其完全矿化。TiO2/ZSM-5 photocatalyst was prepared by loading titania into molecular sieve ZSM-5 via the sol-gel method. Then the TiO2/ZSM-5 composite was characterized by XRD, BET, TEM and Diffuse Reflection Spectra(DRS). The crystalline phase of titania is anatase, and the particle size of TiO2 decreased apparently after the loading. BET surface analysis and diffuse reflection spectra indicated that the TiO2/ZSM-5 composite had better UV light response and photocatalysis than TiO2. Naphthalene, a typical PAHs pollutant, was selected to evaluate the photocatalysis performance of TiO2/ZSM-5. The photocatalytic degradation of naphthalene followed the first-order reaction kinetics, meanwhile the TiO2/ZSM-5 showed higher photocatalytic activity than the TiO2 particles. The intermediates of photocatalysis were detected, and the pathways of photodegradation were analyzed as well, which showed that PAHs could be degraded effectively and might be mineralized finally by TiO2/ZSM-5 photocatalyst.
