摘  要:以TiO2为载体制备了Mn-Nb复合催化剂,实验研究了反应温度、HCl浓度对零价汞催化脱除效果的影响,并且研究了催化剂的抗硫特性,在此基础上进行氧化铈改性,提高催化剂的抗硫能力。研究表明,Mn-Nb复合催化剂最佳活性温度为300-350℃,Mn-Nb的负载量对催化脱除效果影响较大,最佳负载量为质量分数7%Mn-2%Nb,此时催化脱汞效率可达90.90%;SO2会抑制催化剂的脱汞活性,经氧化铈改性后,提高了Mn-Nb复合催化剂的抗硫特性,浸渍质量分数1.5%的氧化铈脱汞催化剂的活性最高。Manganese-Niobium(Mn-Nb) composite catalyst was prepared on the carrier of titanium dioxide(TiO2), effects of reaction temperature and hydrogen chloride (HCl) concentration on the catalytic removal efficiency of zero-valent mercury (Hg^0) were investigated, as well as the resistance to sulfur characteristics of Mn-Nb composite catalyst was studied. Results showed that Mn-Nb composite catalyst achieved the optimum activity at 300-350℃, capacity load of Mn-Nb played a great role on the removal efficiency of Hg^0, which could reach 90.90% at capacity of 7%(w)Mn-2%(w)Nb. Cerium oxide modifying enhanced the resistance to sulfur, which could inhibit activity of mercury removal of Mn-Nb composite catalyst, and it achieved the highest activity after dipping cerium oxide of 1.5%(w).
