摘  要:在室内人工低温和自然低温条件下,研究了超级杂交稻及其亲本在芽期、苗期和抽穗扬花期的耐冷性。结果表明:超级杂交稻Y两优2号、Y两优1号及亲本远恢2号在芽期、苗期和抽穗扬花期均具有较强的耐冷性,不育系芽期耐冷能力依次为Y58S>培矮64S>广占63-4S,芽期5℃低温处理4 d的秧苗成苗率可作为籼稻耐冷性鉴定指标。杂交稻的耐冷性与父母本及其杂种优势均有关,选育耐冷性强的亲本,可提高杂交稻的耐冷能力。The cold tolerance of several super hybrid rice varieties and their parents was studied in the germination stage,seedling stage and heading and flowering stage under artificial and natural low temperature conditions. The results showed that the super hybrid rice varieties Y Liangyou 1 and Y Liangyou 2 and the parent Yuanhui 2 had a stronger cold tolerance in all stages of germination,seedling and heading and flowering. The cold tolerance of the female parents had a tendency of Y58 S Pei' ai 64 S Guangzhan 63-4S. The seedling rate of germinated seeds treated for four days with 5℃ of low temperature at germination stage could be used as an index for cold tolerance of indica rice. The cold tolerance of hybrid rice was related to that of its parents and showed some extent of heterosis.The parents with strong cold tolerance would improve the cold tolerance of their hybrid rice varieties.
