摘  要:为研究神府煤水煤浆动态稳定性,设计开发水煤浆轮式试验台架以检测水煤浆在管道中长时间输送的动态稳定性。通过试验研究发现了水煤浆在管道中浓度和黏度随着剪切速率的变化规律,并根据试验结果提出了适宜于管道输送的水煤浆动态稳定性相关参数,即对于质量浓度约60%的水煤浆,其管道输送的平均速率在0.8m/s左右、表观黏度在700mPa·s以下较适合神府煤水煤浆长距离管道输送。For the study of Shenfu coal water mixture(CWM)dynamic stability,this paper designed and developed CWM wheel type experiment rig which could detect the dynamic stability of CWM in pipeline long time transportation.Through the experimental study,the concentration of CWM in the pipe and the variation law between viscosity and shear rate could by found.The relevant dynamic stability parameters which were suitable for pipeline transportation of coal water slurry were proposed according to the test results.It was suggested that for the CWM concentration of about 60%,if the average rate pipeline transportation was at about 0.8m/s,and the apparent viscosity was below 700mPa·s,the properties of coal water slurry could be more suitable for pipeline longer transportation of Shenfu coal water mixture.
