摘 要:从不同钙硫比、单组分及复合添加剂等方面研究了添加剂对Ca(OH)2固硫性能的影响。研究结果表明:单组分添加剂均使Ca(OH)2的固硫效果有不同程度的提高,固硫率提高了10.00%,其中MnO2对提高Ca(OH)2的固硫效果最显著;复合添加剂CeO2和MnO2对Ca(OH)2的固硫效果与单组分添加剂MnO2对Ca(OH)2的固硫效果相比较,固硫率提高了12.90%;加入Fe2O3、Al2O3和SiO2进行三因素三水平正交的试验结果表明,Fe2O3和SiO2两个因素影响显著,Al2O3因素影响不显著,确定A3B1C2为最佳配比条件。How the additives affected the desulfuring properties of Ca(OH)2 was studied from aspects such as different calcium and sulfur ratio,single additive and composite additive.The results showed that the single additive made the desulfuring properties of Ca(OH)2increase at different degrees and the sulfur-fixation ratio increased by 10.00%.The one which had the most remarkable effect on improving the desulfuration effect of Ca(OH)2 was MnO2.Compared with the desulfuration effects of adding different additives on Ca(OH)2,the composite additive CeO2 and MnO2 made sulfur-fixation ratio increase by 12.90%,which was higher than single-component additive of MnO2.Adding Fe2O3,Al2O3 and SiO2respectively to proceed three factors and three levels of orthogoual experiments,the results showed that the factors of Fe2O3 and SiO2 were remarkable,and Al2O3 was not.The best matching condition was A3B1C2.
