摘　　要：简要概述了陈四楼选煤厂浮选精煤的脱水工艺,介绍了陈四楼选煤厂成功采用快开隔膜压滤机代替加压过滤机进行浮选精煤的脱水技术实践,并从设备结构改造、操作方法变更、粒度组成调整等方面阐述了相应的改造措施,指出采取改造措施后可实现浮选精煤水分指标的合格稳定,从而达到降低设备投资和运行成本及简化操作难度的目的。This paper introduced the dehydration process of flotation clean coal in Chensilou coal preparation plant,from aspects such as equipments structure,operating method,particle size compostion,the reason analyses were done.Moreover,from aspects like eqiupment structure transformation,operating method change and adjustments of particle size compostion,the transformation measurements were discussed,it indicated that diaphragm quickly opening filter press dehydration process in Chensilou coal preparation plant was successfully adopted instead of pressure filter,indices of moisture of flotation clean coal were qualified and stable,the investment of equipment and operation cost were reduced,the operating difficulties could be samplized,therefore,the practical experience of diaphragm quickly opening filter press could be provided.
