摘　　要：国际经验显示延迟退休政策的实施会面临巨大压力,我国实施延迟退休政策之前仍需更多的经验总结和政策准备。本文从退休人群的家庭保障功能着眼,分析延迟退休政策实施可能遇到的障碍,并试图从养老与护理模式探索、社会化育儿服务提供、为延迟退休寻求充足的依据等方面提出建设性意见。Before raising the retirement age, China needs more experience summary and policy preparation, because international experience has shown that delaying retirement policy will face a lot of pressure. Based on the family security function of retired people, this paper offered the analysis of delay retirement policy, and tried to give suggestions of exploring the pension mode and nursing mode, providing childcare services in the whole society, and gathering more evidence for the delaying retirement policy.
