摘　　要：为更好地实现对诸如制动盘等结构部件的固有频率在线检测,采用VB和MATLAB混合编程技术和内嵌集成功能强大且界面友好的"Live Report"Gcx图形显示控件,开发了锤击法固有频率在线检测系统。阐述了系统总体构成及设计思路,详细介绍了连击探测、参数设置、数据管理、图形显示优化和数据对比等关键技术。实际的应用表明:系统能准确地完成对诸如制动盘等结构部件的固有频率在线检测,并直观地给出合格性判定结果,且性能稳定、效率高、易于使用。In order to achieve better online detection of natural frequency of structural component such as brake discs, an online detection system based on impact test was developed by using VB and MATLAB mixed program- ming technique and integrated with powerful and friendly display control object ＂Live Report＂ Gcx graphics. The general structure and design were described, and key techniques, such as double-hit detection, parameter setting, data management, optimization of graphics display and data comparison, were presented in detail. The practical application shows that the system can detect the natural frequency of structural component such as brake discs accu- rately, and display the judgment results intuitively, performs stably and efficiently, and also it is easy to use.
