摘 要:我国的奖助学金制度涉及面宽、项目丰富、形式多样、受众面广,如何对奖助学金名额在班级之间和班级内部进行公平有效分配,是一项重要的工作。文中以覆盖高等本科院校、中高等职业学校和普通高中的国家助学金为例,介绍了如何利用多层次模糊综合评判法在对候选班级进行班级绩效评判的基础上分配名额的方法。由此触类旁通,可将该方法推广至其他各级各类奖助学金名额分配、优秀班集体评选和学生工作量化考核等问题中。The scholarship and assistantship system has its own characteristics in wide range, rich projects, diverse forms and broad audience. How to allocate scholarships and assistantships impartially and effectively between classes and inside the class is a particularly important and extremely tough job. The national assistantship is covered in colleges and universities, higher vocational schools, senior vocational schools and ordinary high school. The essay cites it as instance to introduce a method of quota allocation based on class performance evaluation between the candidate classes using fuzzy multi-level comprehensive evaluation theory. Thus this method can be extended to other problems such as distribution of various kinds of scholarships and assistantships, selection of excellent class and quantitative assessment of student work by analogy.
