八种中草药粗提物抑菌活性研究

摘　　要：采用菌丝生长速率法,以4种尖孢镰刀菌(番茄枯萎病菌、黄瓜枯萎病菌、茄子枯萎病菌、辣椒枯萎病菌)为供试病原菌对8种中草药的粗提物进行抑菌活性的筛选。研究结果表明:乙醇提取物中,地肤对4种尖孢镰刀菌的抑制作用最好,抑菌率在70%以上,并与其他植物的抑菌效果有显著性差异;鸦胆子的抑菌效果次之,在40%以上。不同溶剂的中草药提取物中,地肤氯仿提取物对番茄枯萎病菌的抑制效果最好,为80.29%;鸦胆子乙醇提取物对黄瓜枯萎病菌的抑制效果最好,为47.92%。The paper was to screen the herbal medicine extracts with strong antifungal activity. With Fusariurn oxysporum as the test object,the antifungal activity of extracts of 8 herbal medicines was carried out preliminary screening by mycelial growth rate method. The results showed that the inhibitory effect of Kochia coparia ethanol extracts for 4 kinds of F. oxysporurn is best , the antifungal rate is more than 70% and ignificantly higher than the other extracts. The Brucea javanica, the antifungal rate more than 40 %. Different solvent extraction of herbal medicine, part of Kochia coparia chloroform extract to Fusariurn oxysporurnf, sp. Lycopersici Snyder inhibitory effect is the best, is 80.29 %; Part of the Kochia coparia ethanol extract has the best effect on Fusariurn oxysporum（Schl. ） cucumerinuzn Owen, is 47.92%.
