摘 要:新时期高校治理体系面临各种严峻挑战,各种新矛盾不断激发。创新协商民主机制是解决这一问题的关键。人民内部矛盾理论的提出对新生的共和国具有重要意义,它的基本精神对于破解当今发展困境和凝聚共识与民心也具有重要指导作用,而其采用的分析问题、处理问题的方法对今天的协商民主实践也有适用价值。高校协商民主可充分应用人民内部矛盾论的基本精神与基本方法,建构一种常态的、能进行有效协商的工作机制,以便各协商主体能进行有效的联系与沟通,正确区分不同性质、不同类型矛盾,根据形势发展变化情况予以分别解决。The governance of universities is facing a variety of challenges in new era. Deliberative democraey provides innovation to overcome this challenge. Proposed theory on the Internal Contradictions among the People shows great importance to the governance, given that its basic contribution lies on both breaking the conundrum of status quo in the path of development and re-establishing ideology for future development on a broader consensus. Its use in the past lends a valuable hand to solving present problems in democratic participatory approach. The democratic participatory approach, practiced in universities specifically, could make use of the theory of the Internal Contradictions among the People in new respects. Specifically, it can construct a routine and coordinating mechanism of effective consultation; it can effectively communicate with multiple agencies; it can distinguish the right from the wrong; and it can adaptively address the problem with given changing circumstances.
