摘　　要：农村生物质能开发利用具有显著的社会效益和生态效益,目前在公众认知、市场认同、政府扶持、技术及服务体系等方面存在不足。青岛应立足资源基础,发挥市场和政府的合力,以禽畜粪便和秸秆综合利用为重点,建立健全扶持措施,完善多元化投资机制,推进农村生物质能产业化发展。There are some obvious shortcomings in terms of public awareness, market penetration, government support, technology and service system in the procession of the development and utilization of biomass energy in rural areas which has significant social and ecological benefits. The industrialization development of biomass energy in Qingdao countryside, focusing on the comprehensive utilization of livestock manure and straw, need a well corporation of government and mar- ket to establishing and improving the supporting system and the mechanism of investment diversification.
