摘 要:随着现代电力的区域互联,电力系统的低频振荡分析也越来越重要。为实现系统实时状态下的低频振荡分析与控制,基于现代内点理论设计了一套满足电力系统小干扰稳定要求的电力系统实时低频振荡分析和最优校正控制软件。其通过解析电网的实时运行数据和形成电网机组参数数据文件,进行潮流计算和小干扰稳定计算校验,在不满足小干扰稳定的运行方式下对系统进行最优校正控制,优化全网的机组出力、PV节点电压等,提出优化策略,以确保电网安全稳定可靠运行。测试系统验证了该软件能准确快速地判断出系统的稳定性及给出相应的满足小干扰稳定运行的优化配置策略,取得了很好的效果。With the regional interconnection of modern power, low frequency oscillation analysis of power system is more and more important. In order to realize the real-time analysis and control of power system low frequency oscillation state. Based on the interior point method (IPM), this paper designs a software of real-time analysis of low frequency oscillation and optimal correction control to meet the power system small-signal stability requirements. By analyzing the real-time operation data of the grid, forming parameter data files of grid unit, the software calculates the power flow of original data and small signal stability analysis. When the system is not in the state of small-signal stability, the optimal corrective control program will start and optimizes the units output and the voltage of PV point, then adopts the optimizing strategy to ensure the stable and reliable operation of power system security. The software test results proved that it can rapidly and accurately judge the system stability and give the corresponding optimal configurations to meet the small-signal stability operations.
