摘  要:当电网主用调度系统遭受突发性事件破坏导致无法实施正常调度时,电网备用调度系统可承担起组织、指挥、指导和协调电网系统继续运行的重要任务。主备调调度台可实现同组同号,通过主备调交换网既能够互连互通,又能够快速有效地进行隔离,是提升电网抵御风险能力的重要技术保障。文章从电网主备调切换演练实践入手,研究了电网主备调紧急切换的特点和特性,并提出了电网主备用调度切换通信系统的构建思路。When the grid active dispatching system suffers emergent damage and can't work properly, the standby dispatching system can take over the important task of organizing, directing, guiding and coordinating of power grid system. Setting the main and standby dispatching system into same group and number is an important technology which can realize interconnection and quick separation through main and standby dispatching switching network and improve power grid risk-resisting ability. This paper begins with the study of the grid active and standby dispatching system switching practice, then focuses on the characteristics of it. Finally, the construction idea of the active and standby dispatching switching communication system is proposed.
