摘　　要：随着电网信息化的迅速发展,视频监控设备在电网各基础设施中的应用日趋广泛。为保证对监控对象实施判别、定位跟踪以及实时分析,当有突发事件发生时能够及时快速的做出相应的反应、提示及警报,为相关部门和人员做出合理、有效的安排提供有效技术支撑,视频监控"智能化"的作用就显得尤为突出。文章通过构建统一视频监控平台,实现了对发电、输电、变电、配电、用电、调度、基建、营销、信息通信等各业务场景全覆盖,提高了电网运行的智能化水平。With the rapid development of network information, video monitoring equipment has been used widely in the grid infrastructure. In order to ensure the real-time analysis, tracking and discriminant monitoring, rapidly responding, prompting and warning when the abnormal event occurs, supporting government department and safety section to make correct decisions in time, intelligent video surveillance （IVS） is an urgent need. This paper constructed a unified video monitoring platform, and realized fully monitoring to the scenes of power generation, transmission, substation, power distribution and utilization, scheduling, construction, marketing, information communication and so on, which improved the intelligent level of the power grid operation.
