摘　　要：在"亚太再平衡"战略推动下,为反制所谓中国"反介入/区域拒止"战略的潜在威胁,美军加强ISR系统的前沿部署,频繁出动天基、空基和海基ISR平台对我战略纵深目标进行"抵近侦察",严重威胁我电磁空间与国防安全。在分析典型威胁的基础上,提出了有效维护我电磁空间安全的对策建议。Boosted by Pentagon＆#39;s strategy on“Asia-Pacific Rebalance”, and aiming at counte-ring the potential deployment of A2/AD weapons, for maintaining its forward-based approach and ability to exploit the strategy depth of the sea, above and below water, deploying space-based, air-borne and marine ISR platforms are deploied in USA, which threatens the safety of electromagnetic space and our national defense. Based on analyzing the performances of typical ISR threats, some proposed counter measurements to keep the electromagnetic space safety are presented.
